Change Notifications

We provide at least 30 days' advance notice before adding new subprocessors or making material changes to existing ones.

Enterprise customers with a DPA can subscribe to subprocessor change notifications by emailing legal@claristxm.com

Data Flow Overview

The following outlines how customer data flows through our subprocessors during normal platform operation:

User uploads sources → stored on Render disk (encrypted)

User requests artifact generation → source content sent to OpenAI/Anthropic API

AI response stored on Render disk

Payments processed by Stripe (no card data on ClarisTXM servers)

Emails sent via Resend (email address only)
